Richard Wyatt, Executive Chairman

Richard has over 25 years experience in the UK stockmarket having trained as an
investment manager at James Capel in 1980. He has managed the listings of a considerable
number of companies during his career. He joined Schroders' in 1996 as one of the
founders of their UK securities business. This was sold in 2000 to Citigroup as
part of its purchase of Schroders investment banking business. He then became Head
of European Equities at Citigroup. More recently, he partnered with Lazard to acquire
Panmure Gordon & Co. and then merged this business with Durlacher, to create
a leading corporate and institutional broker. He is a non-executive Director
of Archant plc.

Lord Stevenson is Chairman of HBOS plc, Governor of the Bank of Scotland and a non-executive
director of The Western Union Company. He retired recently as Chairman of Pearson
plc and as a non executive director of Manpower Inc. Outside business, he is Chairman
of the House of Lords Appointments Commission; Chairman of Aldeburgh Music Limited;
a Director of Glyndebourne; and Chancellor of the University of the Arts London.
He was Chairman of the Trustees of the Tate Gallery 1988 - 1998. Until September
2000 he was the Prime Minister’s Special Adviser on the application of ICT in education.
He sits on the cross-benches in the House of Lords.

Edward Forwood, Managing Director> |

Edward has had an 18 year career in managing, advising and investing in technology
and other companies. Prior to that, he trained in corporate finance at Hill Samuel
and Ernst & Young, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. Edward
has been a director or investor representative of some 25 growth companies over
the past 20 years. He was the founding chief executive of kVault Software Limited
in 1999 and negotiated its key financings from inception, concluding with a sale
in 2004 to a large US company for $225 million. During this period Edward was active
in the City in private equity and prior to that co-lead two management buy-ins of
technology and engineering companies.

Edwina Reid |

Edwina joined Loudwater in February 2007 from Panmure Gordon & Co, where she
worked alongside Richard Wyatt & Edward Forwood in the set-up of Panmure Capital
Partners which subsequently became Loudwater Investment Partners in 2007. Edwina
manages the operations of Loudwater Investment Partners and assists in the investment
assessment process. Edwina graduated with an MA in History from the University of
Aberdeen in 2004.

Charles Somerset |

Charles joined Loudwater Investment Partners from Accenture in February 2007, where
he had conducted due diligence operations, business modelling and structuring and
pricing of outsourcing engagements. Charles holds a degree in Economics and Politics
from Bristol University and is currently undertaking the Chartered Financial Analyst
programme.

Francis Byun |

Francis joined Loudwater Investment Partners in June 2007. Francis graduated from
the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2002 and INSEAD in 2005, and
is currently undertaking the Chartered Financial Analyst programme. Prior to joining
Loudwater she worked at Samsung Securities as an Equity Analyst in technology and
with Vedder, Price Kaufman & Kammholz, P.C. as a Corporate Paralegal. Francis
is based out in the Loudwater San Francisco office.

Emily Clark |
 |
Emily joined Loudwater in June 2007 from the Freeplay Foundation. Emily graduated
from the University of Leeds with a joint honours degree in Economics and Geography
in 2006 and is responsible for co-coordinating the administration of Loudwater Investment
Partners.
