Richard Wyatt, Executive Chairman

Richard has over 25 years experience in the UK stockmarket having trained as an
investment manager at James Capel in 1980. He has managed the listings of a considerable
number of companies during his career. He joined Schroders' in 1996 as one of the
founders of their UK securities business. This was sold in 2000 to Citigroup as
part of its purchase of Schroders investment banking business. He then became Head
of European Equities at Citigroup. More recently, he partnered with Lazard to acquire
Panmure Gordon & Co. and then merged this business with Durlacher, to create
a leading corporate and institutional broker. He is a non-executive Director
of Archant plc.

Lord Stevenson spent the first 20 years post university as a serial entrepreneur;
then for 15 years chaired large companies (Pearson plc, GPA plc and HBOS plc).
He is a Non Executive Director of The Western Union Company and The Economist.
Outside business, he is Chairman of Aldeburgh Music, a Director of Glyndebourne Productions and Chancellor of the University of the Arts
in London.
He was Chairman of the Trustees of the Tate Gallery in the 90s and has recently stood down after eight years as Chairman of the House of Lords Appointments Commission.
Until September 2000 he was the Prime Minister’s Special Adviser on the
application of ICT in education. He sits on the cross-benches in the House of
Lords.

Edward Forwood, Managing Director |

Edward has had an 18 year career in managing, advising and investing in technology
and other companies. Prior to that, he trained in corporate finance at Hill Samuel
and Ernst & Young, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. Edward
has been a director or investor representative of some 25 growth companies over
the past 20 years. He was the founding chief executive of kVault Software Limited
in 1999 and negotiated its key financings from inception, concluding with a sale
in 2004 to a large US company for $225 million. During this period Edward was active
in the City in private equity and prior to that co-lead two management buy-ins of
technology and engineering companies.

Charles Somerset |

Charles joined Loudwater Investment Partners from Accenture in February 2007, where
he had conducted due diligence operations, business modelling and structuring and
pricing of outsourcing engagements. Charles holds a degree in Economics and Politics
from Bristol University is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst.

Olivia Birkby |

Olivia joined Loudwater in December 2009 from the Quest Business and Secretarial
Training School. Olivia graduated from the University of Bristol with a
degree in English Literature in 2009 and is responsible for co-ordinating the
administration of Loudwater Investment Partners.
